Besides, we are often consulted by other advisers in complex matters of corporate or tax law.
We assist our clients in founding, restructuring, selling and acquiring businesses. We advise them with respect to all corporate and tax law aspects of their investments as well as asset and succession planning or the establishment of trusts. We are also regularly engaged in connection with complex corporate and tax matters of our clients’ ongoing businesses. Furthermore, we act as executors of wills (“Testamentsvollstrecker”) as well as arbitrators and mediators in disputes. In case an amicable solution cannot be achieved, we also represent our clients in court.
